Denman promotes a safe work environment in order to protect our employees, clients, property, the environment and the public. The personal safety and health of each Denman employee is of primary importance such that it will be given priority over operating productivity. Management will provide all necessary mechanical and physical facilities required for personnel safety and health in keeping with the highest standards.
Denman maintains a safety and health program conforming to the best practices of organizations of this type. Proper attitudes towad injury and illness prevention on the part of both supervisors and employees are essential in order for such a program to be successful.
Co-operation in all safety and health matters between supervisors and employees and amongst all co-workers is expected.
Our objective is a safety and health program that will reduce the number of injuries and illnesses to an absolute minimum; not merely in keeping with, but surpassing the best experience of operations similar to ours. Our goal is zero accidents and injuries.
